Our website is currently funded by Birds New Zealand. A large amount of our thirteen members are members of this awesome society, and several play important roles in BirdsNZ. We look forward to continuing to work alongside Birds New Zealand and the birding community of Aotearoa!
Some of our goals over the next year are to start running events, like competitions and field trips, and to increase our reach to young New Zealanders. We hope to be able to inspire more people to be interested in Aotearoa’s incredible abundance of wildlife and provide more resources to benefit birders all across the country.
